If you are running an antivirus/firewall, disable those as well. Might have to restart again after doing that.

How do I use a proxy?
When I select the option, a window appear saying: Run-time error '9'. Subscript out of range
"componet "pjr.Chameleon.ocx" or one of it's dependencies are not correctly registered; a file is missing or invalid".
That's wierd...I downloaded all the library files and files from federations sticky.
