I generally prefer longer names over 3L/4L names. Most 3L/4L names I see are so ugly, especially if they're unpronounceable.

Same. I hate when people offer on high value pets thinking their pet like Hwuz, Qwac, or Kifq is the greatest name ever imaginable. Never happened to me, I just cringe when I see it on the boards.

Maybe I'm telling on myself, but I think every single person that posts on the boards does so for a little attention. Not necessarily a bad trait. It's just we pour so much effort into our pets, money and time. It's nice to feel validated by strangers.

Honestly, same. The RG lupe, for example, just looks like a whole ass human with a wolf head. I know people people like that, but I personally like my pets to be animalistic.

YESSS exactly this. Looking at the aisha now, like, that is just a woman with an aisha head. Squishy plushie pets, that is where its at.

I don't like putting most clothes (especially wigs, shoes, and long shirts/skirts/dresses) on my pets. I don't know why, they look fine on other pets as they're more creative to me, but it just feels really off to me to put weirdly fitting clothes on my pets. Their proportions are pretty different from regular Neo NPCs as they have more human proportions, so it makes sense! I just don't like seeing how big and deformed the shoes look on most pets or how the wigs overlap. I guess I see them more as "animals" than the more humanoid shopkeepers, NPCs, etc I know it can make my profile look basic but I just think it looks ugly...can UCs come back sometime soon, please?


Also, not sure if an unpopular opinion, but Faerie's Hope feels very polished compared to most other match-3 games I have played and despite being in eternal beta it feels very smooth. Something about it is just very satisfying.

EDIT:

Adding on, I don't care at all for the Neoboards + Guilds or use them. Though to be fair I grew up never using the Neoboards lol. It just feels really clunky and awkward to me, and I have used IRC and old forum boards for years.

i prefer pets with pronounceable common names/words surrounded by numbers and/or underscores to "vwn" pets that are just a seemingly random consonant/vowel pattern meant to sound pretty.
like sweetie9523942 or 0x_mary_x0 just become "sweetie" and "mary" to me. but what the fuck am i supposed to do with "fingala" or "bolimo"?

In the case of Fingala and Bolimo I would absolutely agree with you. xD I much prefer misspells over those types of VWN pets.
