That more than likely does mean you're frozen - unfortunately the page that tells you the reasoning behind your freezing no longer works properly, so it instead redirects you. The one way to know for sure is by checking your userlookup, in which it will say it has been disabled.

You probably got frozen. Just check your UL to see.
They do not give you the reason now why you got frozen. it would just redirect you to the log in page again.
I dont have another account to check. Crazy tho because I havent been on it in weeks. Wack lol
Do you have a friend that plays that could check for you? Or, you could always make a side/new account and check with that. Good luck!!

I hope you get your account back soon. I hate how they got rid of the message telling you WHY you were frozen. It just makes the process of sending in a ticket so much longer.
