My disappointment is quite high as well.
I've posted this on another community that ACNH is not the game for drip updates. The drip update works for games like Splatoon since there is a continuous meta that evolves and slows the natural attrition a game goes through. But with ACNH, the drip method flounders and makes players burn out faster due to the lack of content.

You've took the words right out my mouth.
I didn't even play the previous Animal Crossing games, but I absolutely feel everyone's pain for the lack of content! I've watched playthroughs of New Leaf and City Folk, and it just seems a lot more.. full? Is that the right word!

As a huge Zelda fan, I thought the BOTW2 announcement was awesome and the Zelda G&W was neat but... I can't help but feel a little disappointed?
I don't want be one of those fans that incessantly whine about everything, but I'm really hoping they have something more substantial for Zelda's 35th anniversary than just one single collectible item (the G&W).
Given how covid has taken a toll on Nintendo's operations, I'm inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt and hold out for more Zelda announcements later this year. That said, considering how the Mario series received so much anniversary stuff so readily even in the middle of the pandemic last year, I... really don't know what to think anymore. Ugh, I have so many feelings
