Account Frozen 10 Years Ago - Trying My Luck with TNT

Good luck! Gonna be trying the same thing soon. I have a friend who got back their account after it was frozen...before 2009 at least, I forgot exactly when.

Also- wasn't there one day YEARSSS ago where there was a glitch and you COULD log in to frozen accounts? I think it might've only lasted a few hours or something, I remember being pissed that I wasn't online before they fixed it.

Good luck getting your account back! To parrot what everyone else is saying, I've had luck when bugging them on social media. Twitter specifically in my case.

When making tickets I give them literally every bit of information I know. Email, DOB, Pins, pets on the account, neofriends, neomails, items, nc purchases. If you have any of those emails you get when winning the lottery too I put those in there.
I always make up some story about how I went on a haitus and I wasn't able to log in when I came back. Usually I get an answer saying my account is frozen, and then I just act really confused and scared. It's all about playing dumb imo. I've gotten 2 accounts unfrozen this way.

I believe they do have logs and notes because it would be a mess if they didn't (think about it!)

One was 3 months without posting on the Highway to Help board and the other was only 2 days (1 day to get a response) with posting on the board. I definitely feel nowadays it's needed to post on the board or social media to get a response. If you have already posted it and it's been a week or so without a response, I recommend posting the ticket number again. In my experience, giving that second nudge has helped with getting a response a day or two after posting again.

I emailed their support and told them I didn't play neopets for a few years and my account was frozen, The next day they unfroze my account without asking for any info
