Problem solved, it was my antivirus blocking the program. Just had to add an exception.

You should be putting everything from the ZIP into a folder, doesn't matter where. Are you able to edit the account text file and at least start the login process?

And not seeing the program is normal since we don't use an installer for this.

I am able to edit the text file and see the log-in screen display my account information. When I click load, it crashes. It's all extracted and in a folder.

Okay, if you're clicking load (under Manual Login) and getting a crash then the program can't find the default account text file. Again, if you extract into a folder properly, this issue won't be happening.

We were doing some work on our server's validation code which might've resulted in the issue you were having. We're all set now, so you shouldn't be receiving errors anymore. After fixing a truly dumb mistake, I got it up and running - sorta. When I go into the scheduler, I'm not seeing my username in the drop down list. It looks like the login manager is maybe stuck on the enter password part.

No, see the above posts. Make sure your ZIP is extracted into a folder and the SQLite DLL is in the Data folder for your cookie login to work proper.

When you switched to chrome, did the location address change at the bottom?
For the life of me, I still cannot get it to work. Tried installing it in different locations, run as admin - just crashes upon trying to upload the account information. I have to start my work shift from home, but I will be checking back. Sorry to be such a bother! I'm guessing it's something to do with running it in Parallels that's tripping me up somewhere. :K

and above "Close"

it says "entering account password..."
^ and nothing happens on the log I get a long message:

the last bit says "function sbbgc (check_nam"

has some bits in it that look like "cache-control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, post-check=0" and "</script></head>"..... I wish i could copy and paste it.

The program located the cookies but then it shut down again. It wasn't even locating the cookies, so I guess it's progress haha. Thanks for your patience guys!
