We're all pretty agreed that time has something to do with it. Remember that you can set your timezone in preferences somewhere, so it could be based on that vs something more specific.

An old colleague of mine went to the US and brought candy corns back, to this day they are one of my top 5 snacks. I wish I could find them over here.

I +rep someone with the Userbar here last night at midnight for the poll question on page one. With no luck. I also thanked bat for this thread at Midnight who had the userbar already with no luck. So I dont think its either of these.
