Anyway, I really like the TV show Fringe. It's kind of like a more modern version of X-Files. It's episodic so each episode they tackle a new paranormal/fringe science challenge. It's not incredible television but its well written enough and has fun characters, you should check it out!

Fringe is good! It was my favorite show when it was airing. It's definitely a little more science fiction-y than paranormal, so it might not be your exact cup of tea, but still worth checking out, imo! I'm currently in the middle of a rewatch and it's been holding up better than I expected it to.

I agree with this!! Fringe is so good and (in my opinion) severely underrated. I feel like there are not enough people out there that have watched it.
That's exactly how I feel about Black Mirror! It is my favorite ever show on Netflix.

If you haven't seen it yet, check out Channel Zero (I believe it is still streaming on Shudder). Each season follows a kind of different creepypasta and I really enjoyed all the seasons.
I know you are looking for shows but Dead Cam (also on Shudder) is a must watch if you haven't yet.

If you have not also seen Lake Mungo it's quite good. I'm not sure the exact kind of paranormal you like so they might not suit your tastes, sorry about this.
