I made myself an animated gif signature. How can I make it smaller?

I made this gif to use as my signature but whenever I upload it from my computer as my sigpic it just doesn't move on the preview. I then tried to upload it on GIPHY and it seems to be too large. What can I do?
(you need an account to see links) (pls don't mind the text it's black on a transparent bg so it might not show up)

Could you potentially sign up for an (you need an account to see links) account instead and host the image from there? I don't believe that they have any image resolution or size limitations.

Not sure if this could help, but have you tried setting it between two image tags?

[ img ] (you need an account to see links) [ / img ] remove spaces, tried it this way and it moves in my sig preview

Thank you both for your help. I tried @(you need an account to see links)' suggestion and it worked! (as you can see :p)

Now I'm going to work on it to make it a little prettier

    Did you draw this yourself?
If so, you should take custom requests. I would pay in a lot of Neopets goods for a cute one like that.

Unfortunately no I do draw but I'm not that good at pixel art. The only thing I did in this sig was the text
