Congratulations! I would encourage anyone who's even gotten a "no, never gonna happen" type response to try again since the new CEO implemented some kind of change in the account recovery process. I don't know what the changes are yet, but it certainly won't hurt to try.

I would agree with this! I don't know if I just got lucky, but all my responses were very much just automated and they just handed me a new pw and told me to make sure I changed it when I logged in.

I would definitely give it a shot! I doubt they'll go so deep as to chain ice you if they haven't done it already lol. Besides, you'll probably be waiting a while for a response at this point anyways, no harm in getting the process started!

I also managed to get my childhood accounts back, slowly, one at a time.
Granted I was lowkey obsessed and had a ton of information on it which made it a lot smoother (also wasn't frozen for cheating fwiw)

It's a great feeling to log in and see everything just sitting there.

I got frozen once long ago for selling an account to a "very trustful" newbie account, which I'm sure was TonyP in a trench coat. I'm so glad he's out of TNT now, and totally get you for regretting a silly mistake.

Anyone who has had their accounts returned recently, (if thy were frozen for cheating or scamming) - were the accounts wiped? Of all NP, items, stock, etc.

An old account of mine that was returned was frozen for buying/selling nps.
My nps/items were wiped (and they said they were going to convert my UCs but they were still intact when I logged in).

If you haven't tried already, I highly recommend giving it a shot!

Just wanted to share that if anybody is looking to submit tickets, they seem to have a quick turn around time lately. I’ve had about a half dozen tickets lately with an average turnaround time of 3 days. A few I sent on Friday and had an answer at like 4am on Sunday night.
Never had a “John” or “Richard” assigned to tickets before now though. Those are new names to me. Usually I get Alice or Delilah.
