I used one of the cupcake pets as my active, deposited 1np into the bank, then got the neomail/avatar

Maybe they're fixing it to be awarded directly on the page, and not via neomail

You have to create a pet. That�s what I did and deposited 35k.
And then I got the neomail.
Adopted a cupcake pet and didn't get the avi when I deposited so I made a new pet and deposited again and still no avi.
