There's a program that does up to step 10, when I did it manually with custom accounts I it would have represented around $10; but standalone many users would do it for free or a few dollars

Smugglers depends on whether someone really wants it, you *could* get full cap value for it, but that's not very likely. Personally I'd be happy with half, like $16 or so, but you could probably get $25+ if you find the right buyer.
