I usually get it when sending a list. Though it seems semi random when it does it. I have one main list that I use. (Posted here if your curious. (you need an account to see links))
Either right after loading, or when starting. Only rarely does it happen after a few scores have been sent. Happened to me once after loging in. (I was using a proxy.)

Hmm, my guess is it's the proxy timing out so when the program tries to load the page, it doesn't display anything (since it's timing out) so it throws the error.

Remember to choose List Mode (the radio button) instead of single score, this is a common problem that will be addressed in the next update.

I do (see screenshot) and I don't use a proxy.
