nah no way to audits. neopets is too deep in waters that I don't think there's any corporate procedures for neopets anymore, only of what's been implemented by viacom with all the law stuff. probably their lives are so miserable there, they have no better choice than to take it out on some members, which can explain why they have better days than some. or they generally enjoy the power they have as they watch baby adults get so uptight with everything on neo.

Nah, scientologists haven't been in management since before Viacom acquired it. It's all people in China now.

Makes a whole lot of sense why the ticket system is in shambles if they only make minimum wage. Minimum effort for minimum pay. Almost can't even blame them.

I still think Tony P isn't real. They talk about a lot of turnover and support can get a lot of hate even when they're actually good, so it's probably a pseudonym even if a Tony P did once exist at the company. But yeah, these reviews are honestly sad.

You know, the pseudonym would explain how sometimes they are helpful, and sometimes not.
