"I know that pound transferring is really risky but she was an outright bitch. She has the ability to keep her obviously but she didn't have to be so rude. I really can't stand when people are like that. If she is making fun of you for being so attached than what does that make her since she won't give her back? Idk it's a shitty situation and I guess because if I was in her situation I would transfer it back. People are assholes."

Context for that is I think she made a big post about quitting and put a UC UFQA and then backed out.
i mailed them back politely saying that i'm sorry they lost vol, but the pound is a fair game and they should not have risked it with the possibility of someone else catching her.
i'd have given her back tbh, if i'd have known how much trouble it would cause!
