Been away for years, Neo still popular? Whats good these days?

Neopets is not as popular as back in the day of course, for different reasons people have been quitting or stopping playing slowly. Now Neopets has new owners, JumpStart. They created an APP that allows you to win some extra NPs but more than that nothing has changed a lot. Keyquest and Habitarium died though and Neopets went through some periods of being down when Jumpstart got the site since they were changing servers and such. Also, some new events called Charity Cornet released many rare items and got their price down so the economy is a lil fucked up.

Thanks Rachel, thats a great re-cap of everything. With new owners are accounts still getting frozen as much? They were way too strict back in the day trying to control every aspect of the game instead of accepting some people will cheat lol.

Tony P is still around, flexing his e-peen. It feels like there is a lot less icing than there used to be though.

Yeah, people are still getting frozen, they did fired a lot of the old staff though, but sadly it was mainly creative staff the ones who got the kick (aka artists, programers etc) so the art in the game has been going pretty low at times since the new Jumpstart artists don't know what they are doing. Things like, confusing Grarrls with skeiths, making Buzzes have pupils and other funny things are common now a days from TNT hah

I still gotta reply to your PM but as for botting, with the new owners it's a little better now. Definitely less bans happening but you still gotta play it safe. I think ABing is better now but score sending is still the same risk as before.

They don't show a population count but probably around 8k users daily could be more or less idk theirs plenty of casual users out there.
