Also, from the editorial if anyone needs a refresher on how many total pets we can have now. Math has never been my strong suit and it's getting confusing keeping track lol

In total, you will be able to add +10 new Pet Slots to your account. In addition, Premium members will be receiving +3 pet slots as part of their membership. That means, after Pet Slots are released:

Premium users will have 10 total pet slots, plus the ability to purchase up to 10 more, for a total of 20 slots.
Non-Premium users will have 6 total pet slots, plus the ability to purchase up to 10 more, for a total of 16 slots.

Yeah, I just messed up big time, tbh. I tried buying +1 slot on the account I thought I bought +10 on and it went through, then I realized it had not, and now it's blocking me from getting +10 which means I have to buy +5 and then +1 individually.

does anyone know if you can send slots to other accounts after buying 10/10? I'm an idiot and redeemed all my NC cards on the same account instead of 2 different ones (since for some reason the NC mall page keeps you logged in on the first account even if you switch on the site)

It applies the slots instantly to your account, so you can't move or send them anywhere. :c

Apparently this was also in an editorial, so pets slots will be giftable at some point...we just don't know when TNT will finally overhaul the NC mall like they planned

Hey TNT! You mentioned pet-slots will auto-activate, but is there any possibility this could be changed? I am no longer able to buy NC (and I'm sure more people are in the same spot), and I would absolutely love to have more pet slots - I thought we'd be able to trade other NC items for them, which auto-activation doesn't really allow. Could you pretty please with a chocolate cake on top change this before the launch? :c ~Anonymous

The decision to make Pet Slots auto-activate didn’t come lightly. It’s not something we can feasibly change now and we stand by our decision that auto-activating them is a better user-experience and safer option. We wanted to keep it straightforward as well so that users don’t end up with more Pet Slots than they can actually activate on their account which could cause issues. We do plan to introduce an auto-gift option in the NC Mall which will allow users to send Pet Slots to each other (if they are able to accept them and don’t have their slots maxed out). While this feature won’t be launched in sync with Pet Slots, it is something we are planning to include just to make gifting NC items across the board easier on Neopets. ~~Gutterfoot

Is it ok to start transferring (bought a long while ago UCs) from sides to my main, or this is something I should space out? Does anyone know if you can transfer multiple of your sides pets to your main in one day?

ive been moving shit like crazy but, if you transfer something you cant move it till the next day that rule is still there rip

It sounds like the transfer limits are off completely right now, so you should be able to transfer all your pets at once. I don't think you'd need to space it out, seems like everyone is doing the same thing.... so IMO it should be safer, as Neo can't monitor ALL this traffic at once. I also think they'll have their hands full with potential glitches.

Quick tip, be sure to save your petpages/lookups before moving your pets so you don't accidentally lose one :')
I swear i had them all saved somewhere but conveniently not the one i need. rip.
