There are five: Burnin' Hot (red), Candy Gram (light blue), Lotsa Hearts (pink), So Goth (purple), and Too Cool (blue).

I only have two of those themes besides for lotsa, so looks like one I found I must not have clicked fully lol

Only Candy Gram is unlocked by finding five candy hearts around the forum, while the other four, including Lotsa Hearts, are unlocked by sending certain numbers of grams on the Candygram Delivery thread.

How do you get them all? I found the 5 candy hearts and got candy gram, but i'm missing Too Cool i think. I have sent out like 15 cupid messages.

I didn't keep count of the messages I sent, alas. I sent a bunch over the weekend and in the early half of the week, and then noticed I'd unlocked all the others besides Candy Gram and Lotsa Hearts. I want to say I unlocked either Burnin' Hot or So Goth after sending ten messages, and I feel like I've sent over 20 to date.

@(you need an account to see links) The order is random after the initial Lotsa Hearts version, and of course the Candy Gram is it's own thing too. ^^
