    Fixing the glitch but then requiring people to create tickets to get their stuff back feels a bit backwards. If NC items couldn't actually be traded, why not go back during the window they knew the glitch was active and just roll back any NC traded or gifted?

    Hahaha at least she knows that if she invokes the on-site smiley without the space it'll just seem condescending LOOOOOOOL I'm sure the team is quite stressed that this is happening right at the holiday season though. I bet it's putting a wrench in normal workflows :/

    I couldn't image the uproar if they rolled NC inventory back, it's probably easier for them to do ticket by ticket.. though I don't trust it much after they deleted people's items before.

    Oof I am having to put in a ticket as a recipient of an item that... went missing, so hopefully support will be helpful and quick!

    As an update - I was able to get my item back from TNT pretty easily/quickly! I told them who had sent it, what I was expecting to get, and they didn't ask any additional questions. I DID post on h2h, if that helps anyone who needs to get stuff back!

    Glad you got your stuff back! Some people are getting the run around from Alice(?) that they never sent/received those items at all and I'm just fucking baffled

    Oh interesting... that's so weird cause you'd think that item sends would be logged. I did confirm with the sender that they sent, and they had said they received the "so and so received x item" message, so at least I was very sure the item should be on my account vs the sender's account, so maybe that's why? I hope everyone gets their stuff back, this is so stupid.
