God this is turning into a true shitshow. like the smart thing to do would have been to actually have some kind of EVENT for this event where items that are needed for quests are generated. then people could trade around and stuff. Hell, make it so that recycling items gives you a random item in the quest pool, then things would actually tie together. Its like no one thought about this for even a minute.

I think it would be hilarious if TNT's way of "fixing" the r99 inflation would be to put IStaff and WoDF in the prize shop
This is actually a speculation that I've seen more than once. I haven't seen anyone post where they got the idea, but I've seen variations of "each faerie is going to put their staff in their shop as the one time item to combat inflation, so pick which staff you want more" probably 5 or 6 times now. I'm going to be pissed if its like a stamp or something and I made the wrong faerie choice.
I am really thankful for the faerie quests and stuff, but I feel like this event is causing a ton of FOMO already. What if I pick the wrong shop, or don't invest a zillion np and miss out on the exclusive stamp (or whatever awesome item they put out that is certainly going to be in the shop that I didn't pick), or my trophy is crappy because I didn't have *literal max* donation points, etc etc lol
Thinking about it though, a lot of that will be alleviated by showing the shops up front when you make your choice so you can set specific goals, which huge fingers crossed they plsplspls do
Yeah, I'd kind of had that thought off and on but hadn't really conceptualized it. But it makes sense the more you think about it. Why are r99s inflated? Because of questers and backers. How do we fix that? By making the item they're going for less valuable.

I'm starting to think they don't have any of the CC coding that Jumpstart had.Because what could possibly stop them from just making it unlimited donations like before? Maybe the script or code they have for this CC isn't the same.
Yes! The FOMO is definitely what is making this event such a giant question mark for me. Like, based on the spoilers, I see the Space Faerie in Illusen's festival, and if that means a potential for space loot, that's the direction I want to go. But I also love spooky loot, so that one seems like a more sure bet. I hope we get a sneak peek before we have to pick.
I am also hoping we'll be able to switch if we want since Jhudora said, "Well, when people get bored at your lame Festival, they can find the fun one on the edge of the Haunted Woods!" I doubt it though.
