Tips on how to send tickets with the new system?

I was just wondering if anyone who's used the new system has any tips based on their own experience? Should we be doing anything differently? I was checking the it says they're switching providers so is emailing them really all we have to do now?

It's the same thing, but now you have more "freedom" to write stuff on an open mail instead of the fixed questions and answer boxes.

Yeah I'd definitely send another ticket. If you remember any of your items in your sdb/closet or neofriends, Id include that too. Basically as much info as you have to prove the account is yours.

Biggest things are passwords and original email. You dont have to have access to the original email, just have to know what it is.

You just need to know it. Make sure to tell them you know it but don’t have access to it.
