FYI, I don't know if it was mentioned already but there has been a recent rule where they will also remove/pound your pets upon giving your account back.
People can have database access, ambassadors can be cheaters, botters can have 60K accounts and make $20K a month off-site, but I can't get my old pets back because I bought a few neopoints.
obviously it is totally fair of them to freeze me for that and I fully agree with the account being stripped of NP, items, whatever. But removing/pounding pets? Ehhhh, keep it frozen then. I wasn't even expecting to get the account back anyway, but I figured I'd give it a shot after reading this thread because I miss those pets.
I don't know but maybe TNT is taking the easy way to avoid dealing with more tickets?
