It is sad they are so hell bent on finding cheaters , finding cheaters is not hard at all if you put some work into it , its weird how they run things there. They could ban and detect nearly every bot automatically but I think they know that would loose them alot of there users so they don't.

What kinda stuffs do they log about pets? Anything specific?

I remember when my account got frozen a few years ago they just said they had evidence I cheated and wouldn't tell me what it was and just stopped responding to me when I asked what they were talking about.

TNT's always been full of shit like that.
They ask you for proof you don't have - because in this case the pet is legit - and say well, you can't get your account/pets back if you don't tell us something. It's a stupid catch 22, but it works, because its your account on the line.

I do think they probably can catch most cheaters if they worked for it, the thing is, yeah it loses them too many users, plus I think the whole asking for proof shit is just to try to see if they can squeeze as much info out of someone on potential cheaters as possible.

Sometimes he replies to me so nicely and unfreezes my account within 8 hours, as rare said.

Sometimes, he doesn't even reply. Just closes my ticket, as the first person said xD
If I send more than 5, he says "No, you was frozen for illegit stuff. Fuck off"

Already tried. They told me that they can't/wont do anything about the support staff on neopets because they "only own neopets".

They said the same thing to me. They must have some ability to influence how the support staff operates and how they treat their (and Jumpstart's) users. Too lazy?

The funny thing was that I had made one pet on that account, never traded it, pounded it, gifted it, and never adopted any pets. This one was the only one on my account He said I had to rat out my pet seller, and when I told him to look at the pet history on my account, he sent me a rude message basically saying I was a dirty cheater lol.

I was frozen once when I was completely legit, for "cheating on the flash games" though I never played games at all lol. I had a lot of nice UCs though which makes me think they've just been trying to wipe out UCs by freezing them all...albeit that's a terrible solution to their problem, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this was Tony's motive- to make his job as easy as possible.
