Really there are only two movies that I watch during the holidays:

Rudolf the Red-nosed Reindeer, all those claymation movies. Not all of them had Rudolf but...
    Die Hard

Two very opposite ends of the spectrum. Claymation for the nostalgia of watching it all the time as a kid and Die Hard 'cause I got roped into the discussions of it was a Christmas movie or not.

We had this exact discussion the other week at work. I am personally under the feeling that Die Hard is NOT a Christmas movie. I will die on that hull. It's just a movie that happens "repeatedly at Christmas lol. I also sense a poll coming

Awe that's so cute I love that little tradition!

I'm in favor of there being a poll for this!

Personally I don't think it's a Christmas film either but going from the rest of the Holiday movies to Die Hard is just a jump in tone that it makes me smile. I like the differences, and Alan Rickman.

I actually haven't seen Die Hard, but I heard it's a Christmas movie through the grapevine?? Haha.

My watch list is not necessarily Christmas-themed, but wholesome??
    1. Tokyo Godfathers (a real feel good movie amidst Satoshi Kon's filmography- this one *is* about Christmas!)
    2. Harry Potter & The Philosopher's/Sorcerer's Stone (there's something so magical about this first one!)
    3. Paddington 2 (I cannot WAIT for Paddington 3)

For anyone who wants to watch a newer movie they may not have seen, The Holdovers was a very nice Holidays movie that came out recently

I used to love Rudolph and the Island of Misfit Toys (I think it's called?). That and All Dogs Go to Heaven Christmas Edition were always on TV as a kid so I've seen them so many times and look back at them fondly.

I've never watched those movies. I had no interest in movies like that (Sorry if its blunt) that it's stupid. I prefer action movies if anything (Transformers, Transporter, Expendables etc) than movies like that lol

Idk if I could narrow down. I absolutely love Christmas. I usually marathon my favorite Christmas episodes from shows like Friends to Gilmore Girls. As far as movies, all of them, but honorable mentions include DIEHARD (fight me), Harry Potter, Elf, Home Alone (except you HA3), Rise of the Guardians, Deck the Halls, & The Santa Clause. I'd list them all, but we would be here all nightโ˜•
