Assuming they keep it the same as last year: the perk keeps/carries over the color and Lutari counts as Limited Edition.

Yes! All of these should count for the perk: Chomby, Cybunny, Hissi, Jetsam, Kiko, Koi, Lutari, Poogle, Ruki, Tonu.

Fun fact: last year, someone managed to make a grape lutari
