I still haven't even gotten my own Ryu yet ;; I went down the list and interacted with everyone but most Ryus didn't need to be taken care of.

Healing 3 sick ryugotchis (heal = skull turning into a heart) grants you the new pink userbar.

When a Ryu is sick you can only scoop poops and feed them.
