The Portuguese are VERY report happy because it's sort of a smaller community. Everyone knows someone.
And yes it's pretty wild. People go as far as demand off-site apps, post gore and talk about tumblr openly. I personally hate it.

The German Help boards are pretty active in the evenings. Most German players have left in the last few years and the community is much, much smaller.

And all the German semi/misspelled RW boards amuse us.
