Haha , yes an alarm is your best friend here xD.There is 4 timings for it so you could always find 1 timing that suits you better (unless the 4 timings happen to be all in a bad RNG)

Revamped Jiu"s Sep Timetable.

I have changed the text fonts & color to make it clearer as I find the texts in the original file pretty good but it gets scale down when i upload the image here

They have closed up the future list so we cant refer to it anymore .Hence we are only left with weekly updates from the link
