This is the same site that has had a "glitch" for years that can take items and NPs and support will go: "Wow, that's crazy. Not our problem!"

I doubt they even care about players and their accounts lol

I'd like it if they were fixing pet ordering so we could put pets where we want them on our lookups. I just managed to get a matching set of permies who look great together but they won't sit beside each other.

Someone on another board here suggested to screenshot all your UCs in case TNT fucks up somehow and converts original UCs. No idea what the odds of that would be, but just to be safe.

In my experience, TNT has never accepted screen captures of anything as proof, but ymmv. If you have the time and patience, can't hurt!

I don't know if they have a record of if a pet is/was a UC or not, I guess it's good to CYA in any way you can though.

They should, considering the lengths they go to in order to process reversals.
