Yeah it was really weird, he looked normal had 3.5 hearts and i was able to play with him too

Nobody that has gotten sick has recovered yet. There is maximum amount of time that a Ryugotchi can remain sick, and taking care of them lowers that amount of time. Any appearance of being healed is a game state glitch that I'll need to track down. I suspect that it's something to do with the sleep cycle and returning owners waking their Ryugotchis up, causing them to switch back into active mode instead of sick mode. The in-game clock automatically fixes the glitch though, so I'm having a hard time tracking it down.

Ryugotchis will be immune from becoming sick from the current affliction for a period of time after recovering.

Oooh. Oh gosh that explains that little skull!
I saw it earlier today and couldn't get rid of it so I was a bit confused and ended up ignoring it as something new that got added while I haven't been active LOL
