Gah, TNT and their lack of transparency strikes again. I don't know why they can't just think things through rather than always making the worst decisions possible that immediately impact ALL users in a negative fashion and then also not even let us know via an announcement that they've made a decision.
I've had a reversal after more than a year and it's just like... why. And I never get a pet back in reversals for some reason, I am always left with nothing and they are so dense that I have to go back and forth with support for 10 days just to explain what happened. Half the time I just give up on it and accept the fact that I lost my pet.

Why do we have to learn this stuff through other peoples' tickets or a post on their discord?
Yeah, the lack of transparency is awful. Why couldn't they just take the time to actually look at tickets and realize a certain few people were abusing the system? Like the user with like 14+ UC Royal replicas, and freeze them or whatever.

Right? This makes me think they don't look at who is submitting the tickets, just work the ticket, and on to the next.

There's an active thread about the mass reversals and some users are showing screenies where they submitted a ticket and Alice informed them they were able to do replica creations again for affected users. Someone posted their active UC Draik which was created and unconverted less than 2 hours ago.

There is another popular selling site that doesn't require an account to view threads where I have seen people advertising/asking for replica UCs
Well that was a quick turnaround... my question is, why can they not foresee the reactions some of these decisions will get? It's not rocket science to know that users HATED the mass reversals in the past. Why would they think implementing them again and removing replicas would be well-received..... again with punishing the majority of the user base for a few people's bad actions.
