I sent in two tickets at the exact same time for a freeze a few days ago. Of course my premium one says work in progress. not the regular frozen ticket. Has anyone ever had luck getting an account unfrozen that they did cheat on?

Well, some scores are achievable by humans and some aren't... so what do you reckon?
