There's no news on the glitch yet. I'm doing this across multiple accounts and one by one they're getting affected. To those reading: I wouldn't open a FQ Cookie just yet. There's quest glitches going on where you can't accept a new quest. Nobody knows what causes this or if TNT plans to remedy the situation. From what I know tickets regarding this have yet to be answered.

I got it on the faerie festival hub page. Just popped up as soon as I clicked on Fyora. She had an exclamation point over her.

Fyora will have an exclamation mark over her head when you visit the event page. Click on her, and you'll be inivated to join either Illusen or Jhudora.
