Fair enough! Tbh it really comes down to the morality of it. I suppose the more essential the item the worse said person's moral compass is judged in a way. I suppose you could question the morality of the entirety of this userbase on here and even stretch as far as society as a whole if you wanted to really dig deep. But I feel like that's a bit deep for something like this ..lol. I say let people be annoyed about it. It's all we got X'D

Hahaha, fair enough. I just think that the people at the show had to pay a lot of money just to be able to buy the cards. If buying an extra set and selling them off helped ease that burden, I don't think that's necessary a bad thing. The rent is too damn high! lol

The way the people over at Upper Deck are saying it, it really does seem that the avatar is exclusive to the promo set, and only if the promo set gets to more people will they get the avatar.

Which means they may not be releasing it like the 2019 avatar, but the good news is that they're discussing ways to make it more accessible to others. Hopefully things work out!

The avatar is great and all, but I'm so excited for the new TCG. I'm hoping they don't go the route of e-packs. I'd love to open booster boxes. The cards look amazing. If it's done correctly, this could be a cash cow for Neo.

I’ll make a note to see if I can snag a resold one then. Or if someone here is going, I’m in the market. I would think it would be in the company’s best interest to make it more widely available so they can capture more of the resale market while also helping the fans.
