My dad was ambidextous when he was a child but in his school they made him become right handed because that's how they used to do things back in the day I guess? So he lost all ability with his left hand.

like my teacher told me how they would bound their left hand behind their back so that they would have to write with their right hand only

Right-handed, but I use my left frequently aswell
