I think it's because UL don't work anymore. In an easy click to check on what kind of account a UC has been put on.
But since the entire site has been crumbling and falling apart on many different aspects ever since the transition, I got the idea that the PCpolice finally learned not to give such a shit anymore. The site is going downhill anyway even -with what they see- their "help" of tracking stolen UC.

PC is automatically going to be searching cache so if it's not good you will be fucked.

Please remember that just because a pet has been in circulation for one week to a year does not necessarily make it safe or successful in terms of purchased pets. TNT has returned pets that were taken off accounts a year ago as recently as January. Please don't be too specific in describing pets or pointing any fingers because you could be bringing suspicion of pets out rather than helping.
