Wow did they just stealth-introduce it back without having an announcement on the main page?

I'm glad they decided to bring it back considering there was a huge uproar on the boards about it since they decided to continue having the game till the end of the year, but not to activate Crossover Challenge.

But more than that, I'm just.... really disappointed at the management of the game lol.
*Sidenote I'm a little bit tilted because I play on iOS and I deleted the app thinking there was no hope anymore.

Can confirm I did not receive the avatar. But per the JN original post:

"Since this was unexpected, it is unknown whether or not the avatar and trophy upgrades are available this week, as those have seemed to need manual action from TNT to award."

So if this was indeed an accidental challenge iteration, there's probably a high chance TNT won't be handing out the avatar. But fingers crossed they do!

Just FYI it's not automatic - the avatar and the trophies from this game were manually given to the different accounts. Or at least, even if they were automatic, the push was manual. They really should take a leaf out of Bat's script booklet and automate it lol.

Hmm.. I gotten the "defeat 15 water element foes" challenge, but I keep killing those with the water symbol next to their name but it doesnt seem to count towards the challange. Any ideas?

I got the app installed right before they discontinued it and never really played the game

It happens sometimes, the game is glitchy. Try logging off and then on again and if this still doesn't work, change the challenge from the circular arrow on the top right. When you change it, you won't be able to change it again for some time but eventually (I'm not sure how many hours later) you'll be able to refresh again if the change is not convenient for you.

You could also just let the timer run out and pay a massive 0 gems to complete the challenge the next day.
