You can copy and paste your game score list into the "Top Gamer" page on the Daily Neopets ((you need an account to see links)) and it will provide you with a list of games you can play in order to unlock the avatar. There are still plenty of ways to set yourself up to play games that require plugins like Shockwave, so I'd recommend taking a look around for guides that explain how!
