Program opens fine, logs into clraik fine, but when I try and enter my neo info and hit login it crashes. I checked and my .NET are up to date. I try to peruse and find a solution but I haven't seen anyone else with this issue.

It crashes before I can do anything so nothing in the program log. Is there anywhere else I'd be able to get any useful info for you? I just get the default "windows has encountered an error and going to end"

try logging in with cookies, that worked for me.

Doesn't seem like it then. So this happens when you use the manual login? Or cookie login? If it's from the cookie login then I'm going to assume SQLite was not installed on your system during the initial install.

Logging in with cookies fixed it
