Yummm!! I do mine with dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and Oreos!! It’s a winning combination - they must be so soft and amazing with the cake mix!!

I made Iranian carrot jam. It's actually a Nowruz dish (Persian New Year) but I always make it for Christmas because it has such a good Christmas-y taste (cardamom, saffron, rose water, orange peel). For on bread, but also great with chicken or turkey. Here are some pics!

My comfort beverage lately has been this mate tea every morning, I've been working a ton lately and it's so dark and dreary that this gives me a pick me up. I drink it out of this mug that my boss gave me, she gives everyone their own mug when they join the labit's sweet but also a subtle like "here, caffeinate yourself so you can work harder" lol. Especially because we have a nice espresso machine in the break room too
