generally: Settings > Edit Profile, and then you will see a text box underneath your Ryu.

you can also use that space to rearrange your userbars, I believe on pc only. doesn't work on mobile. and there are tonssss of ubs to unlock. you can find them here (spoiler alert though, if you wanted to unlock some yourself!)
