I've been listening to this song nonstop and may or may not have been very emotional on its release a couple days ago.



Here's some context:
GOT7 left their previous company, JYPE, and it was quite bittersweet. The fandom was super happy they were finally going to have more freedom (JYP treated them super badly) but there was this "will GOT7 make music together still?" question in the air;; the boys kept reassuring the fandom that they were still a group and wouldn't just drop ahgases despite all the rumours that they were disbanding (each one of them went to a different company). Then, all of sudden they posted on the 19th that they would release "Encore" on the 20th, supported by Warner Korea. It's a song 100% dedicated to the fans, it's very sweet and reassuring - as someone who has been an ahgase for the past 5 years (the group is 7 years old), this hit like a truck.
