Is there any way to break into an old account?
Situation/pipedream -I made my first Neopets account years ago when I was but a child (the era where McDonald's would offer Lupe, Ixi, and Kougra on a keychain.) When I signed up, I put in a false birthday, but would always remember my password. Fast forward, years later, I forgot my password, the e-mail account I signed up with no longer exists, and of course I can't log in with my birthday. I sent in many tickets over the years but gave up and just made a new one some time ago.
Any solutions?
As per the above rule, our members are only able to help with birthdays and PINs.-) Please do not ask ANYONE to hack an account. Account hacking is not allowed on clraik, and we do not support it in any way. Infractions will be given out for anyone asking, and any sellers who offer this service. The only information that is permitted to request/provide is the birthday and/or PIN, and this is to be for visibly inactive accounts only. Strictly no emails or passwords.

You can pm me the username and I’ll give you the account’s birthday. You can always recreate the email if it doesn’t exist anymore and get the reset sent to it still.Originally Posted by LunaRaven

Seconding the recommendation to recreate the e-mail! I managed to snag one of my old ones recently. You can even remake the hotmail ones using a workaround but I cannot for the life of me remember where I found that video to find out how because Live doesn't allow you make them natively. So if you used hotmail, you'll have to find the workaround, but it can be done!

OP did you ever get your account back? I know that @(you need an account to see links) can crack birthdays for 10 USD, you could always hire them if you still can't get in

Nah, I just considered it a wash and started playing on one of the side accounts I have made some years ago.
