I really appreciate this. I've dealt with too many people who were selling MPs/lower end PBs at unreasonable prices because there weren't terribly many of them on the TP; I'm not paying 500k for that MP when Jellyneo's prices say it's 300k, pal.

The Trading Post limits definitely do need to be updated, I'd love a cap of 5m or 10m pure per trade.
Can't complain though, this is easily a step in the right direction.

This just means HTS UBs are now going to become more and more devalued over time with such a high shop limit. Doesn't affect me either way but just saying it's not entirely for the best and 1mil seems a bit steep to raise it to.

I think some hts items might easily increase in price, because for many of them there aren't a lot, collectors eat them up and then the market dries up. I also think it will also increase prices of r99 hts items.

This year, CC didn't really tank the r99 market like it usually does, but it sure did make a lot more things "buyable." SSW sniping just got super spooky

Anyways, this might really fuck with some items that have stayed stable for a while. Kinda makes tracking items with a larger fluctuation harder, ie jellyneo tp database. idk how its going to feel seeing three of the same item within a 400k range on the wiz.

I guess I just don't understand why any of the shop/trades/auctions have limits at all. I don't like dealing with other users nor needing to be online to finalize sales if I have a no-bullshit price in mind.

I'm interested to see how the vernacular will change - will we still say UB to refer to sub100k because change is hard or update it to now mean sub-mil? Will we differentiate with OUB or NUB like old-unbuyable for <100k or new-unbuyable 1m+?

My sentiments exactly. Now, this change will make "UB" an UB for real. Except they do have to change the TP limit higher maybe to like 3-5m.
