I just like how they're still updating the CC prizes when I'm guessing 85%+ of users have already spent the majority of their points. Glitched points are one thing because they can refund them, but perks like Random Acts and Zapped! are a bit too late. How many daily events have user's already received negative / neutral outcomes? Same with Zapped. How many users spent points trying to get the perk before if was even active? The points weren't glitched so you're basically screwed.

Honestly, I'll take "yeah, we saw X bug but we fixed it!" over "Hey TNT *gives cookies* can you make a Royal Whateverthefuck that matches the Royal Butt as a new petpet? Thank you!" or just "Keep up the great work!!!" with a Thanks! as a reply instead of something of substance.
