The real Canadian national anthem is anything by CELINE DION. My grandparents were born and raised in Montreal, so she was a staple in our household growing up. I used to play her cassette tapes and CDs on the stereo in my grandparent’s basement and I’d sing my heart out to her stuff. This track is one of my favourites to belt out:



And we all know this classic from that one commercial that played at 2am, which is also a great song to sing along to:

this song played on the radio constantly when i was a kid. my parents didn't like it, but i didn't mind it.
now, as an adult, it's one of my favorite pop songs of the 00's. i love the match up of depressing lyrics with an up-tempo, happy beat.
