It's Summertime!

It's finally summer time!
(at least for those of us in the northern hemisphere!)



So, I want to know...

What is your favourite thing to do in the summer? Are you a total beach bum? Lake lifer? How do you like to stay cool? Popsicles, ice cream, good old fashioned AC?
Maybe you have a favourite memory from the summer time? I wanna hear about it!

I will go first!

As a kid, we would always go to the outdoor waterslide park in June at the end of the school year. We would stay all day until we were EXHAUSTED. There was this one slide that was super scary to me, it was really fast, had big drops and was in pitch black. I remember the year I turned 12, I was FINALLY brave enough to go down it by myself. So I did, and it was a blast! Once it was time to leave, we'd get a twist (chocolate and vanilla swirled) soft serve ice cream cone.

Just came back from a small trip to my hometown for Fathers Day!

I love visiting my family during the summer
My grandparents get so happy when I'm there and I got to take my dogs with me 🥹
Was supposed to meet up with a couple friends and their pups today but ended up just meeting with one at a park
and the rain got us... But that didn't stop us and we were just vibin' with the dogs in the rain :p

Very sweet too, I remember having one when I went to Disney Land, I couldn't finish it x'D Had to dump it in the bin unfortunately .

I remember trying these at a gas station when I grey up and you would control the amount and syrup and flavouring that went into the. I can confirm that they are truly disgusting. I dont mind the texture of the ice but the flavour is brutal. Nothing beats a screamer though oh my goodness. The best of both worlds. Having a slurpee and soft served mixed into a cup of summer glory!

Wooooaah those dogs are so cute!! I love that they seem to be sooo happy while playing in the rain! I remember when I had my dog that he hated the rain. He was always hiding from the rain drops, poor baby! XD

For me it's the other way around... I really can't handle the cold...
It's not too bad in the AC, it just feels weird I need to wear an extra something when it's so hot outside lol

Same girl same! I way prefer looking like a crazy person wearing a sweater in the office during the middle of the summer than being a gross sweaty smelly mess in public 😂

real talk though WHY do fucking office buildings blast the AC during the summer like they have some kind of quota to fill I feel like it's a wide running joke that women specifically are victimized by office building AC lmao #teamcardigan
