Has anyone tried inputting nsheng's bets with the script via URL?

I think once this was asked to @(you need an account to see links) but I'm not very sure, my memory is not good right now haha

Maybe try searching here and the thread of bets script? It's been long since I stopped following nsheng so I can't really tell

If you're referring to nsheng's Reddit bets, then something you'll have to watch out for is how Reddit loads content into the webpage. Depending on how you're accessing the page, the actual posts on it may be dynamically loaded in after the page itself is loaded, which means that my script won't see those posts because they aren't on the page unless we execute code to populate them. If you're directly linking to the Reddit conversation page, or the post itself, then my script should have a chance at automatically grabbing the bets so long as the table formatting is intact. If that doesn't work, then a possible workaround would be to use "old.reddit.com", which runs the classic page loading layout, but if that doesn't work either, then something about the way the tables are formatted doesn't align with how my script is programmed to read bets. If that's the case, then you should be able to directly copy and paste the bets as plain text into my script's custom bets text area. If that fails, then those bets are too wacky for my script to parse without digging into what makes them different. Give it a try and let us know!

Directly linking to the Reddit post itself didn't seem successful for me as it wasn't able to parse them. I tried going onto "old.reddit.com" and it seemed to find the bets, but it didn't manage to input them and resulted into a "waiting to continue" mode.
In the end with nsheng bets, their bets are broken down into 4 different categories/sets. The one posted daily follow a 'Standard' set of bets, while the one I'm interested is more 'Risk/I just want to gamble" approach.
In addition, nsheng uses a website that directly links to a site with the specific bets and all that's needed is to input your bet amount, and confirm the bet.
So rather than trying to use the script to grab these bets and place them for me, I could save myself the trouble and just submit the bet amount, especially since I'm already on that page and the URL changes daily to correspond to the correct round and specific set you're following.

Thanks for giving it a try, @(you need an account to see links)! I've taken another look at the bets, and I found a way to make them work with a code adjustment. I've tested and confirmed this to be working with nsheng's bets on "old.reddit.com" threads. Could you please (you need an account to see links) and give it a try?

Of course! I do wish I caught this a few minutes sooner to test it myself, but I had just missed the betting window.
As soon as the betting window opens for the next round, I'll give it try and get back to you with my results!
