1. Make more money and run my business
2. Quality time with friends and familly.
3. Get fit

My main one is to manage to move back out of my parents house, which should snowball into feeling happier/having more energy because of the shorter commute & just having my own space

But I also want to keep focusing on my mental health & wellbeing, so trying to go to my bouldering gym more frequently, eating better, restarting my more creative hobbies - my therapist gave me an assignment over the holiday period to do 10 sketches & work on my cross stitch, and so far I’ve done 11 sketches! Just little neopets species but it’s the first time since before the pandemic that I’ve drawn anything

And I really want to get better at just chatting with people, posting more on here & making more of an effort to make friends (and less typing out replies to people but then deleting/not sending it )

And finally, focusing on getting my nails healthy by not biting the skin around my nails, which is a gross ugly bad habit I have. I am going out to get my nails done today! I designed this new set I want as well as the current set I have, that I designed for my graduation!

I got grandfathered in to my vacation days. May 5, I get 120 hours of vacation time! I started working with G4S in 2018 and then Allied bought them out after I had already quit G4S. So, when I got hired in by Allied, my boss checked and confirmed by hire date was grandfathered in! I have never had that many hour of PTO! I am used to 40 hours a year! So, I also need to make sure I use all of my PTO!

That's good news!
I have to say though America is CRAZY. Even grandfathered in that's not much! Where I live everyone gets 30 paid days off every year from when you complete 12 months on the job.

Holy Moly!!!! 120 hours is equivalent to 3 weeks, or 15 working days. I would love to have 30 days of paid time off!!!!

Oh no! You didn't come off any type of way. If you think about it, the way US does PTO, 120 hours is only 15 days, so seriously, 30 is unimaginable for me!

1. Take the time to go back and enjoy the things that I've pushed onto a backburner.
2. Move around in my current company and make more money. (Because who doesn't want to make more money?)
3. Work on my current games to play list - I keep putting this off!
