Okay so we don't celebrate Halloween either, but I have to ask- do kids really knock on random doors and trick-or-treat? Or does it only happen in american movies?
What kind of candies do you get? At what age do you stop trick-or-treating? Do you really trick people who don't give you candy??

Growing up the houses that gave out full size bars where the best. One year one of the neighbors gave out one pound gummy snakes. Needless to say best Halloween ever.

There's this entire street in my town that does that, they all have these big beautiful houses. The owners decorate the absolute fuck out of them and hand out full size candy bars.

Candy corn is strange. I don't know how to describe the taste. I used to dislike it, then I ended up liking it at some point, and now I'm indifferent to its existence.
Also, if you spill a bag of it, it gets everywhere. And then you'll find a piece of corn months later and debate if you should eat it or throw it away.
I dressed up as a witch/wizard or cat multiple times. I think one year we used my dad's camo paint as Halloween makeup.Anybody have any fond costume memories (from childhood or not) you want to share?
Never wore masks, I was traumatized by Goosebumps The Mask. I seriously thought putting on a mask would somehow consume you or get stuck on your face and you'd become whatever mask you were wearing.
for those who did trick-or-treat, did you house to house or what? I know trunk-or-treat is a thing. How long would you walk? How far would you go for candy?

oh god i just remembered when I was in my Bleach phase, I dressed up as Hitsugaya Toshiro for Halloween one year. I thought I blocked it out of my memory but it just came back. I'm cringing to death now.
